Mickey Wellington starts off his album with a blast, attempting to revive 1950s rock and roll and rhythm and blues, pioneered in Memphis and bringing it back to newer audiences, showcasing these type of music to his own motherland who's not that saturated with these types of music. This is also an album where he expresses admiration and love to a woman he currently admires that he hasn't seen for quite a while. The songs was written starting at mid to late 2022. This album features 9 of Mickey Wellington's new original compositions, all written by him (except track 5, which was a reworked version of an existing song with his songwriting partner on his former band, TiDE.)
